Mediterranean Baked Fish: A Flavorful and Healthy Dinner Option

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season the Fish:

Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them in the prepared baking dish. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
Make the Marinade:
