Mediterranean Baked Feta with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the block of feta cheese in a small baking dish.

Combine the Toppings:
In a bowl, mix together the extra virgin olive oil, mixed olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.

Top the Feta:
Pour the olive and sun-dried tomato mixture over the feta cheese in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Feta:
Bake the feta in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden on top.

Serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve the baked feta with warm crusty bread, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
