1. Prepare the Batter
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until light and creamy.
Pour in the milk and oil (or melted butter) and mix until well combined.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, folding gently until smooth and lump-free.
2. Make the Chocolate Swirl
Transfer 1/3 of the batter into a separate bowl.
Mix in the cocoa powder and 2 tbsp of milk until smooth.
