Marble Cake (Plum Cake Style)

Pour half of the plain vanilla batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Add the chocolate batter on top, then finish with the remaining vanilla batter.

Use a skewer or knife to gently swirl the batters together for a marbled effect.

4. Bake the Cake
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

5. Serve & Enjoy
Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar for extra sweetness.

Slice and serve with coffee or tea!

For a richer flavor, add 1 tbsp of melted chocolate to the cocoa batter.
