Make This Guilt-Free Apple Oat Cake and Be Amazed!

Preheat the oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Prepare the wet ingredients: In a separate large bowl, whisk together the eggs, applesauce, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, milk, and melted coconut oil.

Combine the ingredients: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the diced apples.

Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and serve: Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
