Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

Prepare the Meatloaf: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crushed Ritz crackers, and Lipton onion soup mix. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Shape the Meatloaf: Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it into a greased baking dish or on a lined baking sheet.

Make the Glaze: In a separate bowl, mix together the ketchup and barbecue sauce. This will be the sweet and smoky glaze for your meatloaf.

Glaze the Meatloaf: Pour about half of the glaze mixture over the meatloaf, spreading it evenly with a spoon. Reserve the remaining glaze for later.

Bake the Meatloaf: Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is fully cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C).

Serve: After baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve with the remaining glaze drizzled over the top.
