Low-Carb Spinach Feta Chicken Meatballs – A Flavorful Protein-Packed Delight

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix to ensure tender meatballs.

Form the Meatballs:
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the meatballs in the skillet. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure they are golden brown on all sides and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
