Low-Carb Cheese Crisps

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

2️⃣ Mix the Cheese:
In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese (if using), and any optional seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper. The mix should be well combined.

3️⃣ Shape the Crisps:
Spoon out a tablespoon of the cheese mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten it slightly into a round shape with the back of the spoon. Make sure to leave some space between each one as they will spread out a little.

4️⃣ Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese crisps are golden and crispy around the edges. Keep an eye on them, as they can brown quickly.

5️⃣ Cool and Serve:
Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. They will crisp up as they cool down.
