Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill to medium-high.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out slightly while keeping it attached to the shell for a beautiful presentation.
Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small pan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice, fresh parsley, and red pepper flakes for a little heat.
3. Cook the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet or grill flesh-side up.
Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or grill for 8–10 minutes, basting with more garlic butter occasionally, until the meat is opaque and tender.
4. Serve and Enjoy
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the cooked lobster.
Garnish with additional parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
