Loaded Sweet Potato Fries with Smoky Chipotle Lime Crema

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the fries in a single layer on the baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap.
