Little Yogurt Buns: Soft and Slightly Sweet Delights

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the natural yogurt, warm milk, vegetable oil, and sugar.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour until it reaches a soft, pliable consistency.
Step 2: Shape the Buns
Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round buns, about the size of a golf ball.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each one.
Step 3: Bake
Bake the buns in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
