Lemon Pepper Chicken

Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with lemon zest, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder.

Finish with Lemon:

Add lemon juice and honey (if using) to the pan, spooning the sauce over the chicken. Let it cook for another 1 minute to combine the flavors.
