Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over all sides of the chicken pieces. Toss to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Cook the Chicken:
In a 12-inch skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Once the butter has melted, add the chicken to the skillet in an even layer. (Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even cooking.)
Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. The chicken should be golden brown on all sides and mostly cooked through.
Add the Garlic and Finish Cooking:
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the skillet.
Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant, stirring occasionally.
Continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Add Lemon Juice:
Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and stir to combine all the flavors.
