Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken and Green Beans Skillet

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and dried thyme on both sides.
Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
2. Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any flavorful bits left from cooking the chicken.
Let the sauce simmer for about 3-4 minutes until it slightly thickens.
3. Cook the Green Beans:
Add the green beans to the skillet and toss them in the lemon garlic butter sauce.
Cook the beans for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until they’re tender but still vibrant and crisp.
4. Combine Chicken and Green Beans:
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, nestling them among the green beans. Spoon some of the sauce over the chicken.
Let everything simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
5. Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch, if desired.
Serve immediately with the chicken and green beans drizzled with the flavorful lemon garlic butter sauce.
