Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls: A Sweet and Tangy Dessert Delight

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend everything together until smooth and creamy.
3. Assemble the Crescent Rolls
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate the 8 triangles.
Spoon about a tablespoon of the cream cheese filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
Gently roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and pinch the edges to seal them.

Brush each rolled crescent with the melted butter and sprinkle the sugar coating over the top.
