Lemon Butter Baked Shrimp

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the shrimp in a baking dish.

Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, fresh lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until well combined.

Coat the Shrimp:
Pour the lemon butter mixture over the shrimp, ensuring they are all evenly coated. If you’d like to thicken the sauce a bit, sprinkle a small amount of flour over the shrimp and toss to combine.

Bake the Shrimp:
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.

Serve:
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately with your favorite side dish or over rice.
