Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything together until fully combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 6-8 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
3. Make the Spicy Mayo Dip:

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder until smooth.
4. Serve:

Serve the meatballs with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
