Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip – Flavorful, Juicy, and Irresistible!

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs (about 1-inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 160°F/71°C).
2. Make the Spicy Mayo Dip:
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and well combined.
3. Serve:
Once the meatballs are done baking, serve them warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side. Garnish with extra parsley or sesame seeds for an extra pop of flavor and color.
