King Crab Legs with Drawn Butter – A Luxurious and Tender Seafood Feast!

If using frozen King crab legs, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or run cold water over them until fully thawed. If the crab legs are pre-cooked, they just need to be reheated.

Steam the Crab Legs:
Fill a large pot with about 2 inches of water and bring it to a boil. Place a steaming rack or a colander into the pot, making sure the water does not touch the crab legs. Add the crab legs and cover the pot. Steam for 5-7 minutes until they are heated through. If they are already pre-cooked, 5 minutes is plenty.

Prepare the Drawn Butter:
While the crab legs are steaming, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic (if using) and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat.

Serve:
Arrange the steamed crab legs on a platter and pour the warm drawn butter into small dipping bowls. Garnish the crab legs with fresh chopped parsley and lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.

Enjoy:
Serve the King Crab Legs with drawn butter, breaking open the shells to reveal the tender, sweet crab meat inside. Dip in the butter and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top for a refreshing, savory kick!
