Key Lime Cream Pie

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture is well combined.

Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a pie dish, forming an even crust.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crust is golden. Set aside to cool.

Make the Filling:

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Add the fresh lime juice and zest, and blend until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fully combined.

Assemble the Pie:

Pour the lime filling into the cooled graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or overnight if you have time) to set.

Serve and Garnish:

Once chilled, garnish with additional whipped cream or crushed graham crackers for extra texture.

Slice and serve!
