Lay the chicken fillets flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the cheese filling in the center of each fillet. Top with the sautéed onion and garlic mixture.
Roll up each fillet tightly, securing the filling inside.
Bake the Rolls:
Transfer the chicken rolls to a greased baking dish. If you want a golden finish, you can brush the top of the chicken rolls with a little olive oil or melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the filling is melted and bubbly. You can check doneness by making sure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
