Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon

Prepare the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. This helps to ensure a nice sear and prevents the fish from becoming soggy.

Season the Salmon:
In a small bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning and lemon pepper seasoning. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each salmon fillet.

Sear the Salmon:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the salmon fillets into the pan, skin side down if applicable. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a golden, crispy exterior.

Add Fresh Lemon Juice:
Once the salmon is cooked, drizzle the fresh lemon juice over the fillets for an extra burst of citrus.
