Jalapeño Cornbread with Lime Honey Glaze: A Sweet & Spicy Delight

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
In a bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
In another bowl, mix melted butter, honey, eggs, and buttermilk until smooth.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until combined.

Bake the cornbread:

In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
