I’ve Never Eaten Such Delicious Eggs! Easy Breakfast Recipe

Grate the carrot and chop the onion and scallions.

Slice the chicken sausage into thin rounds.

Sauté the Veggies and Sausage:

Heat a small amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook for about 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.

While the veggies and sausage are cooking, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined and frothy.
