Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the pizza crust:
Roll out the Pillsbury pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangular shape. Make sure it’s an even thickness.
Layer the ingredients:
On top of the rolled-out pizza dough, layer the deli ham, Genoa salami, sandwich pepperoni, and provolone cheese. You can either use sliced cheese or sprinkle on shredded cheese, depending on what you have available.
Roll the Stromboli:
Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the shorter sides, like you would for a jelly roll. Pinch the seams together to seal the edges.
Prepare the garlic butter topping:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Brush and bake:
Place the rolled Stromboli on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the top with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor and a nice golden finish.
Bake:
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted inside. You can check by inserting a toothpick or knife to make sure it’s cooked through.
Slice and serve:
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into pieces. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
