Irresistible Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls

Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Using your hands or a sturdy spoon, mix everything together until well combined. The dough will be thick and slightly sticky.

Form the Sausage Balls
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake to Perfection
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
