Add salt and gradually mix in flour, stirring until a sticky dough forms.
Knead lightly in the bowl for 1–2 minutes (or just mix with a spoon if you prefer no-knead bread).
3. Let it Rise
Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
4. Shape & Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and shape it into a round or oval loaf.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a preheated Dutch oven.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
