Incredibly Delicious 10-Minute Cake Recipe

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your baking mold with a little oil or butter and dust with flour, or use parchment paper for easier removal.

Mix the Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla sugar (or vanillin), a pinch of salt, and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the sunflower oil and vanilla yogurt, and mix until smooth.

Add Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking mold and spread it evenly. Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Prepare the Topping:
Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Once cool enough to handle, spread a layer of strawberry jam over the top of the cake. Optionally, sprinkle with grated coconut for extra texture and flavor.

Serve:
Cut the cake into slices and serve. Enjoy this quick and delicious treat with your favorite cup of tea or coffee!
