If You Have 3 Potatoes, You’ll Make the Neighbors Jealous! Super Delicious & Easy Dinner

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices or small wedges.

Cook the Potatoes:
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the potato slices, sprinkle with salt, and cook, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy on the outside (about 10-15 minutes). Alternatively, you can bake the potatoes in the oven for a healthier version—just toss them in oil and salt and bake until crispy (about 30 minutes, flipping halfway).

Prepare the Meat Filling (Optional):
For the filling, you can use ground beef, chicken, or any protein of choice. Cook the meat with onions and garlic, seasoning with salt, pepper, and any herbs or spices you like. Once the meat is cooked through, set it aside.

Assemble the Dish:
Once the potatoes are ready, layer them in a baking dish. Pour the cooked meat mixture over the potatoes, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
Garnish with fresh herbs, such as parsley or basil, if desired. Serve immediately while the cheese is still gooey!
