Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Bisquick Muffins

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked.
Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs until combined.
Stir in the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 4: Bake the Muffins
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
