Hot Fudge Brownie Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread fudgy.
Step 3: Layer the Batter and Fudge
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth it out.
Drizzle half of the hot fudge sauce over the batter.
Add the remaining brownie batter on top and smooth it out.
Drizzle the remaining hot fudge sauce over the top and use a knife or toothpick to create swirls.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (it shouldn’t be completely clean). The bread will be dense and fudgy, not dry.

Step 5: Cool and Serve
Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy while warm for extra gooeyness or at room temperature.
