Hot Chocolate Brownie Bread – An Irresistible Delight

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan (9×5 inches) or line it with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Prepare Wet Ingredients:

In a separate large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until smooth.

Add Chocolate Chips:

Stir in the chocolate chips and then add the boiling water, mixing until well combined.

Bake:

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few crumbs.

Cool and Serve:

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Slice and enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
