Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Legs – Juicy, Flavorful, and Irresistible

Pat the chicken legs dry and season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.

Coat them lightly with wheat flour or cornstarch for a crispier texture.

2. Sear the Chicken:
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3. Cook the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil and butter.

Sauté the chopped onions until translucent, then add the cubed potatoes.

Cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.

4. Prepare the Honey Mustard Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and paprika.

5. Combine Everything:
Return the chicken to the skillet with the potatoes and onions.

Pour the honey mustard glaze over everything and toss gently to coat.

Let everything cook for another 3-4 minutes until the glaze thickens and coats the chicken beautifully.
