Honey Lime Chicken and Avocado Rice Stack – A Fresh & Zesty Delight

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
2. Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and grated ginger.
Add the thinly sliced chicken and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for deeper flavor).
3. Grill the Chicken:
