Honey-Glazed Corn Casserole with a Crispy Parmesan Crust: A Sweet and Savory Delight

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar-sized casserole dish.

Prepare the Corn Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh or frozen corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and honey. Stir until well mixed.

Add Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the corn mixture, stirring to combine.

Add Eggs and Cheese: Beat the eggs and add them to the corn mixture along with the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well combined and smooth.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Prepare the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the corn casserole.

Bake the Casserole: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool slightly before serving. The golden, crispy topping and sweet, savory interior will make every bite a delight.
