Honey Garlic Chicken with Sautéed Veggies & Fresh Salad

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the onions, carrots, and mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.

3️⃣ Make the Fresh Salad:
In a bowl, toss the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and fresh dill.

Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Plate the honey garlic chicken with the sautéed veggies and fresh salad.
