Homemade Vegetable Broth Without Chemicals: The Best Way to Prepare It!

1️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.
2️⃣ Simmer the Broth

Add tomato, parsley, bay leaf, salt, and peppercorns.
Pour in 8 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 45-60 minutes to extract the flavors.
3️⃣ Strain and Store

Remove from heat and strain the broth through a fine sieve.
Discard the vegetable solids.
