In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, warm milk, dry yeast, sugar, and eggs. Mix well until smooth.
2. Add the Flour and Salt:
Gradually add the wheat flour in two parts, mixing after each addition. Add the salt with the second part of the flour.
3. Knead the Dough:
Knead the mixture into a smooth dough. Once it’s well combined, cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
4. Shape the Dough:
After the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Stretch and roll each piece into a loaf shape.
5. Prepare for Second Rise:
Place the shaped dough into a greased loaf pan. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes, or until it has tripled in size.
6. Bake the Bread:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Brush the top of the dough with an egg yolk mixed with 1 teaspoon of milk.
Bake the bread for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
