Homemade Coffee Ice Cream

Combine Ingredients – In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and brewed coffee until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Chill – Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place it in the freezer for about 4–6 hours, or until it begins to freeze.
Stir Occasionally – Every 30 minutes for the first 2–3 hours, use a fork to scrape and stir the ice cream, breaking up any ice crystals to ensure a creamy texture.
Serve – Once the ice cream is firm and fully frozen, scoop into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
