Homemade Cinnamon Bites: Sweet, Fluffy, and Perfectly Spiced

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Cut the Biscuit Dough:

Open the can of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces to create bite-sized portions.
Coat the Cinnamon Bites:

In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Dip each piece of biscuit dough into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Bake the Cinnamon Bites:

Arrange the coated dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not touching.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cinnamon bites are golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Glaze (Optional):

While the bites are baking, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl to make the glaze.
If you’d like, drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon bites once they’re out of the oven and still warm.
Serve and Enjoy:

Allow the cinnamon bites to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them fresh out of the oven with or without the glaze!
