Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream with Nuts & Fudge Drizzle

In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

Chill:
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, use a no-churn method by freezing the mixture for 4-6 hours, stirring every hour to prevent ice crystals from forming.

Add Nuts:
Once the ice cream has reached a soft-serve consistency, gently fold in half of the chopped roasted nuts.

Freeze:
Transfer the mixture to a container and let it firm up in the freezer for at least 2 more hours.

Serve:
Scoop the ice cream into bowls, drizzle with warm chocolate fudge sauce, and top with the remaining chopped nuts for added crunch and flavor. Enjoy!
