This homemade bread has become a favorite in my house, especially for my mother, who asks for it every morning. It’s so easy to make that I stopped buying it and now prepare it myself. The combination of colorful peppers and melted cheese inside the bread gives it a deliciously savory and cheesy flavor that’s perfect for any meal of the day.
Ingredients:
2 yellow peppers, finely chopped
1 red pepper, finely chopped
2 green peppers, finely chopped
1.5 cups warm water (300 ml)
1/2 cup vegetable oil (100 ml)
1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 grams)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (20 grams)
4 cups flour (480 grams)
1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
150 grams braided cheese, shredded
150 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
