Homemade Cheese Filled Bread with Sesame Seeds

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions.

Roll out each portion of dough into a rectangular shape. Place half of the cheese filling in the center of one piece of dough. Fold the dough over the filling, sealing the edges well.

Repeat the process for the second piece of dough and filling.

Place both filled dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart slightly.

Topping and Baking:

Brush the top of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the sesame seeds are toasted.

Cool & Serve:

Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature, perfect with a side salad or as a stand-alone snack.
