Prepare the Dough:

Add the melted butter to the yeast mixture and stir to combine.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix with a dough hook until combined.

Increase the mixer speed to medium and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

Let the Dough Rise:

Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rise in a warm spot for about an hour, or until it has doubled in size.
