Here’s Why You Should Start Eating Frozen Lemons


Wash and Dry: Thoroughly rinse the lemons under running water. Scrub the skin gently and pat them completely dry.

Freeze: Place whole lemons in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze overnight or until completely solid.

Grate and Use: When needed, take out a lemon and grate it (peel, pulp, and all) using a microplane or fine grater. Sprinkle over dishes like salads, pasta, oatmeal, yogurt, or drinks.
