After it fizzes, scrub again with the brush.
Rinse and Dry:
Once the pan is clean, rinse it thoroughly with warm water.
Dry the pan completely with a towel to avoid any water spots.
Optional Seasoning (for Cast Iron or Steel Pans):
If you’re restoring a cast iron pan, rub a small amount of olive oil into the surface of the pan using a paper towel. This will help season the pan and prevent rusting.
Heat the pan on the stove or in the oven to allow the oil to soak into the surface, leaving your pan smooth and shiny.
