Heavenly White Snack Cake: A Light and Fluffy Delight

Preheat and Prepare the Pan – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Mix the Dry Ingredients – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Cream the Butter and Sugar – In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar together using an electric mixer or by hand until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.

Add the Eggs and Vanilla – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Incorporate the Dry Ingredients – Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to maintain the cake’s light texture.

Bake the Cake – Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Cool and Serve – Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares. For an extra touch, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
