Hearty Protein-Rich Chickpea & Lentil Sausage – A Bold, Flavorful Plant-Based Option!

In a large bowl, combine cooked chickpeas, green lentils, quinoa, rolled oats, and chopped onion.
Add minced garlic, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Mash & Shape the Patties:

Mix in vegetable broth and lightly mash the mixture using a fork or potato masher, leaving some texture.
Form the mixture into thick sausage patties or link-shaped sausages.
3️⃣ Cook the Sausages (Skillet Method):

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and slightly crispy.
4️⃣ Air Fryer Method (Optional):

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
