Introduction:
This delightful cabbage dish, shared by my friends from Ireland, is the perfect balance of savory flavors and hearty ingredients. With a mix of cabbage, vegetables, eggs, and spices, it’s not only delicious but also filling. Whether served as a side dish or a main course, it’s a true crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients:
3 eggs

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

100 ml milk

3 tablespoons flour

5 grams baking powder

Fresh dill, to taste

Plant oil, for frying

1 onion, chopped

1 carrot, grated

1 bell pepper, chopped

200 grams mushrooms, sliced

1 medium head of cabbage (Kohl), chopped

1 clove of garlic, minced

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 tomato, chopped

150 grams cheese, grated

2 tablespoons yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 slapped cucumber (for garnish or additional crunch)
