Healthy Protein Banana Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

2️⃣ Mash the Bananas & Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Whisk in the eggs, honey (or maple syrup), Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

3️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

4️⃣ Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

5️⃣ Optional Mix-ins:
Fold in any optional mix-ins like chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit if desired.

6️⃣ Bake:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7️⃣ Cool & Serve:
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!
